This article is about THE PROCESS of investing, buying and selling cryptocurrency coins and tokens such as Bitcoins (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and AltCoins (see my list of cryptocurrency that I'm hodling)
There are two ways to doing this.
A. The Longer But Safer/Stable Way
You deposit the amount you wish to invest into a non-exchange which specializes in fiat-to-bitcoin or ethereum such as Quionex. You'll need to register, and provide some verifications.
Quionex accepts American Dollars (USD), Japanese Yen (YEN) and Singapore Dollars (SGD), which once deposited, you can use to buy Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH) at market price.
Once you've purchased the amount of Bitcoins and Ether, then you'll need to send it to a cryptocurrency exchange such as Bittrex, Coss and Kucoins, to purchase/sell Bitcoins, Ethereum and Alternative Coins (AltCoins).
B. The Shortcut Way
There is a way to "short cut" the long way, which is to go straight to cryptocurrency exchanges that accept fiat, such as Coss and Kucoins, to purchase/sell Bitcoins, Ethereum and Alternative Coins (AltCoins).
A. Simple Bitcoin And Ethereum Investors
If you're just gonna invest into Bitcoins and Ethereum, and you want a direct way to liquidate your crypto back into fiat, I recommend that you just use Quionex and either ONE cryptocurrency exchange: Bittrex, Coss and Kucoin
B. Multi-AltCoins Investing
You'd have to have a combination of Quionex and accounts in multiple cryptocurrency exchange such as Bittrex, Coss and Kucoin and more. There's quite a few exchanges available, so it can be quite fragmented (and annoying) to have so many logins.
If you want to simplify your life, opt to be simple bitcoin and ethereum investing.
