So with my last cryptocurrency update, my total investment into cryptocurrency will be SGD 85,000, which is roughly USD 60,714.00.
Most of these will be placed into Bitcoin, and I will hold my Bitcoins for 3-5 years.
With what I had been reading, especially on the near-onboarding of regulations by governments who are now researching on blockchain, cryptocurrency and Bitcoins - will subsequently bring in inflooding of institutional money by large banks and investment firms.
That, will bring on Phase 2 of Bitcoin.
It is my hope, wish and desire that Bitcoin increases its ability to serve the digital and physical world (see some 2018 development plans for Bitcoin), and it increases its value to USD 10,000...USD 50,000...to USD 500,000 and beyond.
Within 5-10 years, if not earlier.
Inject total sum of USD 60,714 for 9 Bitcoins
Once Bitcoin hit USD 100,000 per coin, I will sell ONE Bitcoin to cover costs and make some (or USD 50,000 per coin then I'll sell 1.something BTC)
Then I will gradually sell one Bitcoin each time it hits a milestone of USD 100,000...USD 200,000...
And hold 3-4 Bitcoins to "see what happens" and "how far Bitcoin price can go" - methinks/mehopes Bitcoin can eventually hit USD 1,000,000 per coin
Then I will cash out.
OR when my taxi drivers and grocery cashiers starts advising me when and how to invest in Bitcoin.
