Today I did a major overhaul for all my dividend income investing stocks - I culled out all that were below 7% ROI, did a research to find out the best (and low to low-medium risk) dividend stock businesses and moved 66% of all the investments that I had to those that provided at least 10% or higher returns.
Interestingly, I still have more than 15 companies that I invested in with the major overhaul, and I aim to have a mixed investment portfolio that is stable and yields me at least 9% per annum based on portfolio. I do invest more into more "stable" stocks, and I've set aside 10% to "play" and "scratch my itch" of "interesting" stocks.
Should be fun.
So the whole of 2015 I got about 3.92% return - let's see what happens for 2016.
