I was pleasantly surprised when one of our colleagues, Lizeth, told me that some time back before December 2012, we had a patient from Marina Bay Financial Center (MBFC) who came across the Code of Honor that I had placed to share with the team, and came really close to take pictures of it so that "he could share with his team".
And as much as I'd like to claim the honor, the original idea wasn't from me, I took the idea from Blair Singer who wrote Rich Dad's Advisors®: The ABC's of Building a Business Team That Wins: The Invisible Code of Honor That Takes Ordinary People and Turns Them Into a Championship Team (this is an affiliate link).
But now that I look at it, it looks kinda like the 10 Commandments, so I think I'd give the honor to the Big Guy himself, called God =) (He's waaaaay advance, in that way)
Anyway, but for the benefit of those who'd like a softcopy (you can copy and paste and adapt to your own Code of Honor for different settings - business/work, personal/home etc), go to the Living By Your Code article.
